Frida extras — what to add

The core kit is exactly the same as Matisse (bright paper, scissors, glue, kraft runner, baskets, aprons). Grab that from the sourced shopping list, then add these Frida-specific bits for the self-portraits and 3D flower crowns.

Skin-tone paper & pastels

Black fine-liners

For bold features and Frida's strong eyebrows. A few to share. ~$10

Small shatterproof mirrors / mirror card (optional)

So kids can look at themselves like Frida. One per table, passed around. Never glass. ~$12

Extra green paper (a few shades)

Lots of it — for leaves and stems on the flower crowns. ~$4

Bright flower paper — hot pink, yellow, orange, blue

Lightweight paper folds and "pops" into 3D flowers best. From the core brights. ~$0

Nice-to-have: patterned/folk paper, tissue paper, pipe cleaners
